Mindfulness Training and Practice

AFSC has a vibrant relationship with Calmer Choice, providing monthly mindfulness sessions via Zoom. These sessions help participants spend an hour learning–or re-learning–how to let their overly-busy minds rest.
 
The AFSC Mindfulness program is open to all, but it may be particularly helpful for people in early stages of cognitive decline.
