COVID and FLU Clinic
You may receive BOTH the Covid Bivalent Booster AND the flu vaccine* at the same time on the same day.
Please sign-up online. You must be 18 years of age or older. Please bring the signed consent form, your Covid vaccine card and all your insurance cards including Medicare card. Wear a short-sleeved shirt. Plan to stay 15 minutes after receiving your vaccine.
* The covid bivalent vaccine is free but the flu vaccine requires insurance coverage. Please bring your insurance cards.
