Brewster Ladies' Library presents A Reading by the John Hay Studio Writers

The John Hay Writing Studio sits nestled in the trees at the highest elevation in Brewster on land owned and maintained by the Brewster Conservation Trust. Once the writing studio of nature writer John Hay, it has recently been made available by BCT as a daytime retreat for Cape Cod writers. The 2025 season hosted 24 writers who will gather to share short selections of what they wrote while in residence.

Join Cape Cod poets, fiction, and non-fiction writers as they read some of their most recent material. You’ll hear from authors with multiple publications; first-time manuscript writers; and poets, some familiar and some new.

This program is offered through the Brewster Conservation Trust. Light refreshments will be served.
