Alzheimer WALK

Even though our walk will be held virtually, we fully intend to make it fun! On Sunday, October 17, we will have walk hubs set up throughout the Cape where you can drop off donations and pick up AFSC t-shirts, goody bags from Cosmos catering, walk sign-up sheets, and maps for walks in each area. 
 
Hubs will be active from 10 am until 2 pm. Locations are:
 
PROVINCETOWN – Town Hall, 260 Commercial St.
BREWSTER – Drummer Boy Park, Rte. 6A in West Brewster
HYANNIS – Neurologists of Cape Cod, 46 North St.
FALMOUTH – Falmouth Human Services, 65A Town Hall Square
 
As you know, COVID-19 has been particularly challenging for the AD/dementia community. Since bringing all AFSC services online it has become apparent that people everywhere need the free supports we provide. Because of the pandemic, this is our only fundraiser we are holding this year, so please get out and help us if you can! As always, you don’t have to walk to give, and you don’t have to give to walk.
