Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Frank Callahan is a man of many passions. This is how he describes himself:

"I love to sing, dance, roller skate, cycle, play tennis, and teach, among other pursuits. I am a retired registered nurse and a certified personal trainer.

I belong to the Cape Cod Ballroom Dance Association, and I just started teaching balance and ballroom dancing at the Dennis Senior Center. I'm a grandfather, beginning my 80th year of life, and having a ball."

Please join Frank at the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis on Monday, December 13, for a program of breathing, dancing, and fun! Much of the session will be done while seated; all abilities are welcome! All participants must be vaccinated and masks are required. Space is limited, so you must registration in advance.
