Visitors are invited to sample the traditional dessert enjoyed by generations of New Englanders. Cooked by volunteers\, it is made with the mill's fresh ground cornmeal\, milk\, molasses and eggs and topped with a dollop of whipped cream.  Delicious! Pudding is served starting at 10 a.m. until it runs out.   The Grist Mill is open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  Free admission.
